Our fresh ingredients
Fresh meat sourced from Smithfield market London only use British beef, lamb & pork.
Our butcher makes all our mincemeat daily to ensure freshness and traceability, then we make our own Mamas meat balls and kofte lamb kebabs, giving you peace of mind.
We roast all our own joints of meat ham, beef, and turkey.
Chicken - We only buy Grade A Halal chicken breast fillets form EU farms.
Southern fried Chicken - We brine our chicken strips in egg & chilli sauce, we then create our own southern fried coating using our secret recipe, and fried to crispy perfection.
BBQ Pulled Pork – First we coat the pork shoulder in our homemade rub and then leave it over night to tenderise and flavour the meat. We then and a host of ingredients and cook it slow and low for 10 hours, the meat is then “pulled of the bone”. We then coat it in our hickory bbq sauce and finished in the oven.
Dolphin friendly tuna chunks, scotch smoked salmon, north Atlantic prawns, we only use fish fillets for our fish fingers no minced fish
Salad & vegetables
Collected fresh daily from great western international market.
We ship in salami from Italy and chorizo from Spain ensuring freshness & provenance.
We make the majority of our sauces but we do buy a few including Stokes Suffolk pickle, Stokes Coronation sauce & Stokes Chilli jam.
